Fed's Bowman calls regulatory reform a financial stability risk

Federal Reserve Gov. Michelle Bowman shared some of her more pointed skepticisms about recently proposed capital changes in a speech Wednesday, saying increased capital requirements as proposed could increase systemic risk.
